Wholesale Order Process

To order on our site please first become a stockist.

This is a wholesale website for our clients, aimed at taking orders, this website doesn't take online payments. Please browse our range online, add products to the shopping cart, and checkout.

We will then send you an itemised invoice with the shipping fee included when we have processed your order. Once you have paid the invoice, we will ship out your order.

Shipping

We want to deliver your at a minimum cost.

To do this we select the courier depending on your needs, your location and size of the package so that the whole process of delivery is done in reliable and economical way.

Our couriers are Australia Post and Blue Star couriers.

Product Information

All our products are hand selected to ensure they are ethically made and of high quality. We have been in business since 1992 and have always put our customers first and ensure reasonably priced products.

We source our products from Nepal and India.

Pricing

All prices are quoted wholesale in Australian dollars (AU$) and do not include GST.

Minimum Order Price

Our minimum order price is $250

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Cancelling your order

To modify or cancel your order, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing it.

Exchanges & Returns

If you receive defective items, we will exchange them for product or provide a credit. Please inform us of any damaged or defective merchandise within five days of receiving it. If returning merchandise it must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Backorder

Occasionally, some products may not be available and if that happens, we will either put them on backorder or issue a refund. As soon as the item becomes available again, we will promptly ship it out without any additional charge, unless instructed otherwise.
